We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel items are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
